Sinead Minihane
Head Honcho

It’s Sinead’s goal to help small to medium businesses by providing outstanding bookkeeping services and eliminating the stress that comes from compliance work, ATO responsibilities and employment obligations.

Driven by her enthusiasm around building long-term relationships and offering a personalised service, Sinead loves working with our clients and is our Champion Leader.

From Xero training, to assisting clients with all of their bookkeeping needs, Sinead loves to empower businesses to ensure they achieve their financial goals.  As the Managing Director of 2 Cents Worth, Sinead aims to offer a fresh and vibrant approach to bookkeeping.

Sinead’s team loves working with great businesses to drive them forward, achieve their targets and tick all the compliance boxes.

Rebecca Hawkins
Chief Organiser of Everything

Rebecca is our Chief Organiser of Everything. Across all things bookkeeping, there isn’t much she doesn’t know about systems and processes.

With Rebecca’s can-do attitude, she can formulate the best strategies and solutions that will best suit every client we work with. Collaborating with so many different businesses motivates Rebecca to be at the top of her game.  Rebecca holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, is a Registered BAS Agent and is currently completing a Diploma of Business Administration, making sure she always remains at the forefront of the industry. Rebecca is a Certified Xero and Payroll Advisor.

In her spare time, Rebecca loves visiting Art Galleries with her daughter, getting her hands dirty moulding masterpieces and cultivating her garden. Rebecca volunteers for Lifeline and you will also find her streaming on the couch with her cat, Geo.

Hannah Cerezo
Bookkeeping Superstar

Known at 2 Cents Worth as our “Bookkeeping Superstar”, you can depend on Hannah to manage your bookkeeping tasks smartly, efficiently and with a little touch of magic. Having the appropriate training and years of experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting solutions, she helps clients optimize their business practices.

As part of the thriving 2 Cents Worth team, she aims to have a harmonious relationship with our clients making them feel comfortable to reach out and seek assistance with their accounts. She gains sweet relief from knowing she has added a valuable impact to the overall well-being of their businesses.

Being innately curious, and persistently equipping herself with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude, she intently looks at the finer points of bookkeeping, leaving no stone unturned. Hannah is our resident “BAS Review Queen” as she loves drilling down into the detail of our clients files. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and has completed the Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification.

In her spare time Hannah loves loosing herself in the pages of a good book, walking in nature, and listening to her favourite songs on repeat.

Belinda Paterson

With a passion for helping businesses succeed, Belinda brings confidence to the 2 Cents Worth team. Belinda has been in the industry all her working life; there’s not much she doesn’t know about Xero! That’s where Belinda get’s the name “Xero Hero” from her colleagues.

As well as business ownership, Belinda has helped many businesses by relieving the stress of accurate bookkeeping. She understands the pressures business ownership brings, so to take one stress away from an owner and take responsibility of the task is her absolute pleasure.

Sharon brings extensive experience, over a broad range of different industries. She is highly adaptable and understanding. Sharon enjoys taking the dubious task of accurate bookkeeping away from you, to leave you concentrating on what you do best, running your business. Sharon enjoys difficult tasks no matter the size and will get into the essence of your ledgers to sort out and balance them immaculately. Sharon is a Certified Xero and Payroll Advisor.

Sharon Hou
The Number Wizard

Our resident Numbers Wizard, Sharon provides high quality, accurate, efficient, and reliable bookkeeping, so clients can be rest assured their bookkeeping is well taken care of and they can have more time to focus on their core business. As well as 10+ years experiences working in the accounting industry, Sharon has also been a small business owner, and was involved in all aspects of the daily running of business, from dealing with banks, customers, employees, to liaising with domestic and international suppliers which allowed her to gain a good understanding of the needs of business owners, as well as obtaining highly developed interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills. Sharon hold’s a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and is a Certified Xero Advisor.

Alex Harris
The Reconciliation Rockstar

Alex is our Reconciliation Rockstar and latest addition to the 2 Cents Team. With over 12 years’ experience in bookkeeping in both public practice and internally for private companies, there isn’t much that Alex is not across in her day-to-day bookkeeping work.

With Alex’s love of bookkeeping, she is always up to date with the latest changes in software and ATO legislation. She loves receiving feedback from her colleagues and clients on how she can improve and how she is kicking her goals. Alex holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Accounting.

In her spare time, Alex loves spending time with her family, loves her snacks and has a half marathon under her belt.
